  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, HarperCraft Productions ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, HarperCraft Productions ships merchandise to Canada, Mexico, and other international locations; please contact HarperCraft Productions for country-specific availability.

    We will ship your items within 3 business days or less. On rare occasions (if Cynthia is on tour, etc.) it may take slightly longer to ship your order; please email harp@cynthiashelhart.com or call 219.508.3558 if you have a specific shipping need.


  • International
  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. HarperCraft Productions is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.


  • Sales Tax
  • HarperCraft Productions charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.


  • Return Policy
  • You may return items sold by HarperCraft Productions within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

    Customers are responsible for shipping charges back to HarperCraft Productions on returned items, and HarperCraft Productions will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back. However, if the item received was damaged in transit to the customer or was defective, HarperCraft Productions will pay shipping charges in both directions.

    Returns within 30 days from delivery date can be returned for exchange, replacement, or refund. To work out the details of your return, please email harp@cynthiashelhart.com.

    Each return is credited in the same manner as payment. If you paid for your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to that card. You will be able to verify the credit by contacting your credit card company. If you paid for your order with a check, a refund check will be issued within 10 business days from the date the returned product is received. If you paid for your order through PayPal, we will send a refund to your PayPal account.
